FREE Express Shipping on all orders over $100 to these states.

Orders under $100 will have a $12 charge for Express postage.

Standard delivery will take between 2-5 business days, and for Express Postage in most instances this is a next business delivery date service, but this is subject to location of delivery.

Western Australia and Northern Territory

FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $100 to these states.

Orders under $100 will have a $10 charge for Standard postage.

Express postage will be charged at $20 for orders to these states.

Unfortunately, we are unable to split orders therefore the full contents of the order will be shipped together. CLOUD NINE will update you by email should we have any further delay in getting your product to you. You will be notified once your products have been despatched and parcel tracking will be included.

All orders placed before 11am AEST Monday-Friday will be dispatched on the same business day. This however is subject to change during busy trading periods. Once the order is placed we will keep you updated on timings. If your order was placed after 11am, and all items are available, your order will be dispatched next business day.

Please be advised that our delivery time guidelines are based on business days, which only includes Monday - Friday and excludes both Australian and New Zealand public holidays.
